This past summer I went on a 90 mile backpacking trip in northern New Mexico. Now to some spending 12 days hiking doesn't seem like a leisure activity. But for me being outdoors is, I think one of the greatest ways to spend your free time. I am a big believer that leisure is an activity that allows you to pull yourself away from the constant on goings of everyday life and clear your head, for me the best way to do all of this is to hike. I chose this picture in particular because it represents all of that. When you see a view like this you can't help but take it all in and marvel at how wonderful nature can be and everything else that matters to you just seems to fade past the horizon.
